Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for helping others, and a strong understanding of insurance principles. In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist clients with policy-related questions, claims processing, billing inquiries, and other insurance-related matters.
  • Effectively communicate complex insurance concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
  • Identify and assess customer needs to recommend appropriate insurance products or services.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases when necessary.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, products, and regulations to provide accurate information to clients.
  • Meet or exceed performance goals, including response time, customer satisfaction ratings, and productivity metrics.


Requirements

  • Proven customer service experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Must have a quiet and distraction-free workspace to work remotely.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
