Overview
We are currently refining our internal underwriting and market placement strategy and are looking to connect with experienced commercial auto / transportation underwriters to gain insight from the carrier perspective.

This role is focused on sharing expertise and industry insight to help improve submission quality, risk positioning, and overall underwriting approach.

Key Areas of Focus

What makes a submission truly quote-ready
Common decline triggers and how to avoid them
How carriers evaluate and tier fleet risks
Best practices for positioning accounts for long-term market relationships

Requirements

7–10+ years of commercial auto / fleet underwriting experience
Strong understanding of carrier guidelines and market appetite
Experience with trucking / transportation risks
Carrier-side experience preferred
