Workday Analyst - Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking (PATT) - Senior / Lead Level (REMOTE)
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Workday Analyst with deep PATT expertise to lead enterprise-level solutions.
Role Summary
The Workday Functional Analyst (PATT) is responsible for the configuration, optimisation, and ongoing support of Workday Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking modules.
This role partners closely with COEs, Payroll, and HR stakeholders to ensure that Workday functionality is:
- Configured in line with business requirements
- Compliant with statutory and regulatory requirements
- Optimised for efficiency, data integrity, and user experience
The role operates within a strong governance framework, where HRIS owns platform integrity and configuration, while COEs own functional processes and data quality
Key Responsibilities
- Lead design and configuration of PATT modules
- Act as functional lead and decision-maker
- Translate functional requirements into scalable, standardized Workday solution
- Provide feasibility assessments based on system capabilities and constraints
- Ensure compliance with payroll and labor regulations
- Mentor junior analysts
Required Skills & Experience
- Deep PATT experience ideally globally/multi-country
- Enterprise-level Workday experience (10K+ employees)
- Strong payroll and time tracking knowledge
- Ability to lead solution decisions
- Ability to act a the 'CEO' of the PATT functional area to foster a good working relationship with the stakeholders
