Description
SummaryUnder direct supervision of the Client Service Executive, provide administrative and project support to client service teams. This position will work with a variety of associates within a Practice Group, and at other times will work independently on assignments.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative and project support to include basic clerical work, scheduling and attending meetings, researching data, data entry, preparing reports, and special projects as assigned.
Education and/or Experience
- Successful work history to include 1 year of experience in a professional office setting directly related to job responsibilities specified above preferred.
- High School Diploma required, but an Associate's Degree in business related discipline preferred.
- Proficiency with personal computers and Microsoft Office applications (i.e., Word, Excel and PowerPoint) with the ability to operate standard office equipment is required.
- Skill in organizing and using resources and establishing priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to resolve problems and present results neatly, with clarity and precision in oral and written form.
- Strong interpersonal skills to establish rapport with internal associates.
- Ability to work semi-autonomously in a fast paced environment
- Ability to use computer keyboard and sit in a stationary position for extended periods.
- Work is performed in a typical interior/office work environment.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $34,100 to $63,500.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
