Senior Benefits Advantage is expanding fast and we are hiring licensed Medicare agents now. If you understand Medicare sales, Medicare compliance, and how to write clean business over the phone, we want to talk to you. We provide inbound, consumer-initiated Medicare leads.
You focus on selling, documenting correctly, staying compliant, and producing. This is a serious opportunity for licensed agents who want stability, volume, and real upside. Position type
For agents in Wake County, North Carolina, this is an in-office position. For agents outside of North Carolina, we offer a very aggressive work-from-home model for well-qualified applicants. Work-from-home is not automatic. It is reserved for experienced, licensed Medicare agents with a proven track record, strong compliance habits, and the ability to produce without hand-holding. Compensation
This position is built for agents who want to earn six figures.
Comp includes: $45,000 base salary
Aggressive commission structure
Monthly performance bonuses

We are hiring agents who are ready to work now. Ideal candidates: Currently licensed health insurance agents
Medicare Advantage sales experience preferred
Strong understanding of Medicare compliance
Comfortable selling over the phone
Able to handle inbound consumer-initiated leads (1/2)
Strong with documentation, call quality, and CRM notes
Coachable, competitive, and reliable
Able to write clean business at volume
Minimum expectations
This is not a low-effort seat. Agents are expected to: Understand Medicare compliance

Follow all CMS/company rules
Properly document every sale
Handle inbound leads professionally
Produce consistently
Protect the client, the company, and the carrier relationship
