You will join a top-tier team and contribute to client success by providing innovative, effective solutions in our Construction Service group at Aon Risk Solutions.This is a hybrid role with at least three days a week in the New York office.

What the day will look like
- Assists Account Executives and/or Brokers on assigned accounts, managing key wrap-up processes that serve clients and undertaking the client-facing and internal activities related to these processes. Program Managers will also assist Brokers as necessary particularly on Commercial Risk business.
- Maintains effective and positive relationships with clients.
- Primary focus is on handling wrap-ups from inception to closure.
- Operates autonomously in a client-facing role on issues of moderate significance and intricacy. May serve as the Account Executive for designated straightforward accounts.
- May serve as placing broker for straightforward routine placements or renewals.
- When not conducted within a broking unit, collects and examines data on exposures, loss history, and both standard and outstanding coverage needs for submissions with the Brokerage Unit.
- Performs submission assembly/creation where assigned.
- Facilitates the timely and accurate flow of information between clients, AE and Broker account team members.
- Manages client open items lists and responds to client ad-hoc requests.
- Produces regular management reports on wrap-up status.
- Collects and examines data. Drafts assigned parts of client service plans, stewardship reports, and other persuasive presentations. These are customized to the audience's needs and the presentation's context.
- Actively supports and monitors the renewal process. At the direction of the Broker, drafts quote comparisons and follows up for binders, policies and endorsements.
This role provides the opportunity to be at the heart of complex, high-profile construction and infrastructure programs. You will manage wrap-ups from start to finish while working closely with brokers and account executives at a leading global risk advisory firm. They have genuine ownership, engage with large-scale and sophisticated projects, and have room to grow into broking, account leadership, or specialty construction roles. Skills and experience that will lead to success
- Typically at least 5 plus years of successful insurance experience, preferably with construction accounts/customers.
- Proficiency in PC office products such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook is required.
- Evidence of ability to become proficient in the use of Aon specific software tools.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience with a preference for Risk Management / Business related curriculum.
- A Property and Casualty Brokers License is required or must be acquired within 90 days of hire if not already active.

Pay Transparency Laws:
The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $69,900 - $100,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.
The salary range reflected is based on a primary work location of New York. The actual salary may vary for applicants in a different geographic location.
This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon's annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
