A day in the life:
The Office Services Assistant is an integral member of the Office Services team, serving as the main front-desk point of contact for the Saddle Brook NJ office. The Assistant provides a professional, welcoming presence that ensures every visitor, employee, and client interaction reflects the firm's standards. The Office Services Assistant delivers broad administrative support including, but not limited to, managing mail and vendor coordination, overseeing meeting and catering logistics, managing procurement, and assisting with new-hire onboarding.
This role requires strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients. The ideal candidate should be able to resolve issues efficiently and demonstrate excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Our future colleague:
We'd love to meet you if your professional track record includes the following:
- 2+ years of office experience, preferably in a professional services environment
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to be in the office 5 days/week and attend internal and external meetings as well as outside events as needed
- Strong ability to work in a very fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to interact with internal and external clients of all levels
- Capable of lifting up to 40lbs
These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or other related fields
- Notary Public

The applicable base salary range for this role is $39,800 to $74,100.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
