Summary of the Role: The Manager of Client Relations is responsible for driving client engagement, relationship management, and successful implementation of Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangements (ICHRA). This role will support sales efforts, manage client relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience for all. The Manager will assist in advising and providing tailored solutions and proactive support to promote ICHRA adoption and client satisfaction.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Partner with producers, account executives, clients, and internal teams to support the sale, implementation, and ongoing success of ICHRA solutions.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for employers throughout the sales, onboarding, and implementation process, ensuring a positive client experience.
• Conduct client presentations, prepare proposals and analyses, and support strategic planning activities related to ICHRA offerings.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing ongoing support and guidance.
• Educate clients on ICHRA plans, benefits, compliance requirements, and implementation processes.
• Coordinate implementation activities, including employer contributions, employee enrollment support, billing, reporting, and related administrative functions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery, share client feedback, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Support business development and growth initiatives by contributing to sales, marketing, and client retention strategies.
• Monitor client onboarding and implementation progress, maintain accurate records, and provide updates to management as needed.
• Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices related to ICHRA and individual health coverage solutions.
Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities:
• Strong knowledge of ICHRA and other health benefits solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse client groups.
• Strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
Education and/or Experience:
• BA/BS in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in client relations, account management, sales support, or a related role in the insurance or benefits industry.

The base salary range for this position is $55,000 - $85,000. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
