Duties
Assist in managing office and field operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the clients' experience
Support recruitment efforts by participating in interviewing and employee hiring processes
Supervise staff, providing training and development opportunities to enhance team performance
Manage field schedules
Implement lead and route strategies to maximize sales potential
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office environment
Collaborate with the management team on budgeting
Qualifications
Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence
Ability to manage time effectively while multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Experience in training & development of staff members is a plus
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for effective personnel management
Knowledge of sales strategies is beneficial
