Allstate is looking for a motivated Inside Sales Agent Specialist to join our Ivantage sales team. This is a remote, home-based opportunity where you'll play a key role in helping prospects become Allstate customers while earning competitive incentives for your performance.
In this role, you'll engage prospective customers through inbound and outbound calls, using a consultative, relationship-based sales approach. You'll assess customer needs, recommend appropriate commercial insurance solutions, and confidently close sales-all while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
What You'll Do
- Engage prospective customers through inbound and outbound phone interactions
- Build trust and long-term relationships using relationship-driven sales techniques
- Assess customer needs and present tailored commercial insurance solutions
- Successfully convert leads into new Allstate customers
- Meet or exceed individual sales performance and customer satisfaction goals
- Work independently while managing multiple screens and systems simultaneously
- Take ownership of results and hold yourself accountable for performance

Training: Six weeks paid training from 8:00 am, Eastern to 4:30 pm, Eastern
Upon completion of training, scheduled work hours will be 10:30 a.m. CT to 7:00 p.m. CT, including required Saturday shifts
Education
• 4 year Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
Experience
• 0-2 year's experience (Preferred)
• Customer service experience
• Insurance sales experience
Education & Experience (in lieu)
• In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Compensation
Compensation offered for this role is 19.01 - 26.15 per hour and is based on experience and qualifications.
