About the Role

As a Bilingual Interpreter, you will provide accurate, clear, and culturally sensitive translations between English and Spanish. You'll support teams across the organization by translating both written and spoken materials, ensuring that tone, intent, and meaning remain consistent.

This role is ideal for people who enjoy language work, value precision, and take pride in helping teams communicate effectively.

What You'll Do

• Support the organization with written and verbal interpretation as needed.

• Translate questions, requests, and internal documentation clearly and accurately.

• Maintain the original phrasing, tone, and intent of all source materials.

• Build and maintain specialized vocabulary resources.

• Document updates to translated materials and ensure proper version control.

• Maintain organized filing systems for reference and future use.

What You Bring

Required

• High School Diploma or GED.

• Advanced English and Spanish (fully bilingual).

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Ability to multitask and work across multiple systems.

• Excellent attention to detail and consistency with structured procedures.

Preferred

Experience in interpretation, translation, or administrative support roles.
