Description
Our Human Resources team is currently seeking an HR Support Services Representative in our Worcester, MA location with a hybrid work schedule (two days in the office). This is a full time, Non-exempt role.POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Hanover is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Support Services Representative to join their growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth daily HR operations by providing broad range of coordination, administrative and general office support across the HR organization. Contribute to process improvements and participate on project teams. IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:
- Provide overall office support including but not limited to calendar management for HR senior leadership, program support for Talent & Development Programs, HR service mailbox management, etc
- Interact and collaborate with other HR staff in managing day to day work and or key responsibilities
- Coordinate all requirements for subpoenas with Office of the General Counsel
- Assist with scheduling interviews, prepare offer letters as needed for both internal and external candidates
- Compose and produce a variety of business correspondence, reports, confidential documents, and related materials.
- Run standard reports as needed and manage employee record maintenance in Dayforce
- Collaborate cross functionally providing support
- Manage and perform support for several HR Programs, including but not limited to New Hire Onboarding
- Identify and implement operational improvement initiatives supporting greater functional efficiencies and improved service
- Employee file creation and management both for active and termed employees
- Conduct audits of employee and system records
WHAT YOU NEED TO APPLY:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 1-3 years of Administrative, Customer Service or Human Resource coordinator experience
- Receives direction and guidance from an assigned supervisor
- Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Outlook Calendar
- Demonstrated proficiency with MS Word and Excel
- Beginner skill with additional Office 365 features
- High degree of accuracy with attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management and customer service skills

The target hiring range for this role may vary based on geographic location and other factors, including merit or performance, demonstrated proficiency, skills for the role, education, travel requirements, and experience. Additional compensation may include an annual bonus (which could take the form of a general bonus, sales incentive, or short-term incentive), long-term incentive or spot recognition awards. The posted range reflects our ability to hire at different position titles and levels depending on background and experience.
