JOB DESCRIPTIONJOB SUMMARY
The Graphic Designer is responsible for a wide variety of design work used across print media, templates, and automation buildouts. This role requires someone who is creative, organized, and comfortable working in a collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will be able to take direction well, learn quickly, and support projects from concept through completion while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Produce on-brand and packaged designs across multiple brands- Support client-facing and employee-facing presentations and direct communication materials
- Work closely with team members to identify the best design solutions while also being able to work independently
- Create, revise, and maintain design files across brands using tools from the Creative Cloud Suite such as InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat Pro
- Assist with template-based design and automation buildouts
- Manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Take direction well and support projects from start to finish
- Contribute creative ideas and follow through to final content creation and production
- Maintain accuracy, consistency, and strong attention to detail
- Be flexible and willing to take on additional responsibilities as needed
Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat Pro- Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Highly creative, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
- Ability to take direction well and support projects from concept through completion
- Print production knowledge is a plus
- Comfortable working in an in-office, collaborative setting
- Resume and portfolio link required; assessment may be part of the process
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a comparable field- Minimum of 2 years of professional creative design experience, agency and corporate experience preferred
- Demonstrated portfolio of previous work
