Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented College Fall Intern to join our Operational Excellence team on Data Analytics and Business Intelligence. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in data visualization, large data processing, and SQL reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and a passion for turning data into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in data analysis and the creation of data visualizations to support business decision-making.
- Perform large data crunching and analysis to identify trends and patterns.
- Develop and maintain SQL reports to provide insights to various departments.
- Collaborate with team members to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to project discussions.
- Document processes and methodologies for future reference.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Data Analytics/Data Sciences/Business Intelligence/Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with SQL reporting tools.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI, or similar.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Work environment requirements may include -

Actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and cost of specific location. For the jurisdiction noted in this job posting only, the range of starting pay for this role is ($ 11.39 - $18.00 ). A comprehensive benefits package is offered including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, 401k and matching, PTO, disability and life insurance, employee assistance, flexible spending or health savings account, and other additional voluntary benefits.
