Description
JOB DESCRIPTIONCounsel current and potential clients on water leak detection solutions and coordinate the installation of purchased equipment to predict and prevent losses. Navigate multiple systems / applications to research and resolve customer inquiries and help them get the most out of their products, documenting interactions and following up as needed.
Work effectively in a team environment using professional interpersonal and communication skills. Comply with corporate policies and internal business processes, procedures while meeting, exceeding service performance and quality standards.
