Description
The Compensation Data Product Manager leads specific compensation data products and is responsible for their success. This role sets and drives product strategy, improves existing products, and helps develop new offerings for Mercer clients. You will use market insights, client needs, and data analysis to guide product decisions and deliver strong business results.We will count on you to:
- Lead specific compensation data products and manage their performance and development
- Set and communicate product strategy aligned with business goals and client needs
- Improve existing products and help develop and launch new offerings
- Analyze survey results and turn findings into clear insights and client-facing stories
- Recommend product changes, priorities, and pricing to leadership
- Work with internal teams and clients to deliver effective, high-quality solutions on time
- Experience in compensation, ideally in data, surveys, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to use data and market input to support product decisions
- Strong communication, presentation, and client relationship skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results on time
- Knowledge of compensation products, data analysis, market research, and competitor analysis
- Strong collaboration skills across teams
- Comfort working in a technology-driven environment, including AI-enabled tools
- Ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams

Marsh is committed to hybrid work, which includes the flexibility of working remotely and the collaboration, connections and professional development benefits of working together in the office. All Marsh colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week. Office-based teams will identify at least one "anchor day" per week on which their full team will be together in person.
The applicable base salary range for this role is $126,700 to $253,400.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
