What the day will look like
Campaign Execution:
- Internal Outreach: Coordinate and execute internal communications to promote campaign initiatives and drive engagement among Aon colleagues.
- Outbound Campaign Element Creation & Distribution: Design and distribute outbound marketing materials, including emails, newsletters, and digital collateral, to targeted audiences.
- Collateral Creation & Distribution: Develop, update, and disseminate marketing collateral (brochures, presentations, case studies) to support sales and client-facing teams.
- Social Media Campaign Design & Execution: Plan, create, and manage social media campaigns across platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.), ensuring alignment with brand messaging and business objectives.
- Program Management: Program manage all aspects of each marketing campaign, including leading both internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and successful execution - particularly with Aon Business Services on creative support.
Marketing Attribution Tracking:
- Implement and manage systems to accurately measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing channels and campaigns, providing actionable data to optimize marketing ROI.
Lead Segmentation & Optimization:
- Develop and regularly refine segmentation of new leads and existing clients within Eloqua, Dispatch/Deal Cloud, ensuring targeted and effective marketing efforts.
- Align and optimize lead enrichment data from AonConnect, Eloqua, DealCloud and Zoominfo for targeted outbound campaigns.
Revenue Tracking:
- Collaborate with sales and finance teams to track marketing-driven revenue, ensuring accurate attribution and reporting of campaign impact on business growth.
Internal Communications Leadership:
- Lead internal communications for all metrics, ROI reporting, and quarterly strategic updates to ensure transparency and alignment across teams utilizing the Global Wall and relevant databases in Sharepoint.
Sales Enablement Collaboration:
- Liaise with the Sales Enablement team to develop net new outbound target prospect leads across Private Equity, Corporate, and Advisor accounts.
Digital Asset Performance:
- Collaborate with Aon's digital team to optimize the performance of all AMATS digital assets (websites, landing pages, etc.).

Skills and experience that will lead to success
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing analytics or campaign management, preferably in professional services or financial services.
- Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
- Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing attribution and revenue tracking.
- Experience with CRM and marketing data platforms such as Dispatch and Deal Cloud.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management abilities.
- Experience designing and executing multi-channel campaigns, including social media.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay Transparency Laws
The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $73,000 - $85,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.
The salary range reflected is based on a primary work location of New York, New York. The actual salary may vary for applicants in a different geographic location.
This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon's annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
