About the Role

As a Back Office Representative, you will support internal teams and business partners by reviewing, processing, and updating insurance-related documentation. You'll work across multiple systems to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal guidelines.

This role is ideal for people who enjoy detail-oriented work, process consistency, and supporting others behind the scenes so operations run smoothly.

What You'll Do

• Process and validate data according to business requirements and documented procedures.

• Review insurance documentation, verify extracted data, and update records with accuracy.

• Provide information and procedural guidance to internal customers and business partners.

• Handle unique or complex cases using established decision-making guidelines.

• Communicate with internal teams, agents, consumers, and partners as needed.

What You Bring

Required

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.

• Advanced English and Spanish (fully bilingual).

• Ability to multitask while navigating multiple systems.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Strong verbal and written communication skills .

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow structured procedures.

Preferred (Nice to Have)

Experience in back office, operations, data processing, insurance environments , call centers, or related environments.
