Bedrock Global is a boutique retail P&C brokerage with over 21 years experience specializing in healthcare facilities (skilled nursing, assisted living, RCFE, home health, hospice) and commercial real estate. We're a small, fast-moving team looking to add someone early in their insurance career who wants real mentorship and a clear growth path.

What you'll do:

• Support account management on complex, multi-line commercial accounts (Example: GL/PL, Workers' Comp, Property, EPLI, Cyber)
• Assist with certificate of insurance production and quality review
• Help prepare new and renewal submissions and marketing packages for carriers and wholesalers

Requirements

• 1–2 years of retail P&C insurance experience (CSR, account management, or similar)
• Active CA P&C license (or in progress)
• Strong attention to detail — comfortable double-checking your own work
• Eager to learn and open to doing things a specific way as you build your foundation
• Comfortable with technology; experience with an agency management system a plus (we use Applied Epic)
