Company History

Our story began in 2023, when former NAMIC CEO Chuck Chamness and Bain Capital Insurance joined forces with GuideOne Insurance, an Iowa mutual with a 75-year legacy. Bain’s strategic investment funded GuideOne’s vision and unlocked its robust platform to launch The Mutual Group, a first-of-its-kind solution built exclusively for mutual carriers.
