RC Fischer and Company is an independent commercial insurance brokerage focused on middle market and construction clients throughout California. Since 1939, we have built our reputation on service, integrity, and long-term client relationships.

We specialize in advising business owners and operators on risk, coverage structure, and claims strategy across a wide range of industries, with particular depth in construction, real estate, and Main Street businesses. Our team is highly experienced in analyzing coverage, negotiating renewals, and advocating for clients when it matters most.

Our approach is hands-on and practical. We do not operate as a transactional brokerage. We work closely with our clients to understand their operations, identify gaps, and build insurance programs that actually respond the way they are expected to.

Tenure and stability

Our team is built on long-term relationships not just with clients, but internally as well. Many of our employees have been with the firm for over 20 years. Recently, two team members retired with a combined 81 years at RC Fischer. That level of tenure reflects a stable environment, consistent leadership, and a place where people build careers, not just hold jobs.
