Company History
Jim Peterman established J.R. Peterman Associates in 1986 after wokring for another search fimr for several years. Prior to entering the search profession, Jim spent ten years in the life and health insurance industry and was involved in both individual and group insurance compliance and state filing, for many of those years. There are three individuals with the firm that perform management recruiting and research for our clients. J.R. We perform a significant amount of work in the agent's licensing and policy compliance, and legal areas. We search at all levels, from professional and management positions to compliance officer positions, for insurance carriers and TPAs.
