A day in the life.
As our Human Resources Intern on the Human Resources team, you'll be a collaborative team player providing enthusiastic administrative support across the HR function. You'll help coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, assist with employment eligibility verification, and support recruitment efforts. You'll also conduct audits to ensure HR data accuracy and compliance, manage communications for the internship program, and assist with various HR projects. You'll engage with the HR team and business stakeholders, fostering strong relationships while developing your skills through training, team meetings, and webinars. You'll also support a culture of continuous learning by sharing ideas and collaborating with fellow interns.

Our future colleague.
We'd love to meet you if your background includes the following:

• 1+ years of undergraduate completed
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in our headquarter office in Schaumburg, IL twice a week

These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:

• Pursuing BS/BA in Human Resources or related field
• Intermediate or advanced skill level with Microsoft Word, Excel
• Strong attention to detail
