Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and licensed Insurance Producer who can generate new business while also servicing and retaining client accounts. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys relationship building, cross-selling, and providing excellent customer service.
This is a sales-driven position with strong earning potential.
Responsibilities
Sales & Growth
Generate new personal lines business (auto, home, umbrella, etc.)
Cross-sell existing accounts
Follow up on internet leads and inbound calls
Prospect through referrals and networking
Meet monthly production goals
Service & Retention
Review policies and recommend coverage improvements
Process endorsements and policy changes
Assist clients with billing and coverage questions
Support retention efforts to minimize cancellations
Build long-term client relationships
Requirements
Active Michigan Property & Casualty license (required)
1+ year insurance sales experience preferred
Strong communication and closing skills
Self-motivated and goal oriented
Comfortable working in an office environment
Compensation & Benefits
Hourly base pay + commission
