The MetLife Marketing organization is evolving to enable our Next Frontier strategy. The organization has outlined a new vision - to be a customer-centric and data-driven growth engine that takes accountability for contributing meaningful enterprise value and building customer equity.

The Opportunity
To drive growth at scale, the Web Channel team needs a dynamic, data-driven, web production dynamo to deeply understand our clients and work with internal stakeholders in Agile team environment to build revenue-generating web experiences within brand, legal, compliance and ADA standards.
How You'll Help Us Build a Confident Future (Key Responsibilities)
- Deeply understand MetLife's marketing goals and partner closely with internal stakeholders to achieve shared goals
- Define and build revenue-generating web experiences within brand, legal, compliance and ADA standards
- Identify and build web operations and content publishing systems to drive growth for scale
- Author and publish content within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) on occasion; provide technical guidance and mentoring to authoring team
- Collaborate with Global Design System team to design or tweak AEM components
- Work with business partners to launch country websites, where needed
- Monitor website traffic and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations; diagnose and troubleshoot performance issues
- Run regular site audits for legal, compliance and content value
- Cross-train and keep up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
- Manage web channel associates, as needed, and develop their capabilities.
What You Need to Succeed (Required Qualifications)
• Exceptional ability to partner with the business and translate asks into scalable digital solutions
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills in a collaborative, cross-functional environment
• Excellent project management and time management skills with experience with Agile
• Ability to work independently, stay organized and self-manage tasks
• Attention to detail and a customer-first mindset
• Bachelor's degree or related military experience
What Can Give You an Edge (Additional Skills)
• 1+ years' AEM authoring experience (AEM certification preferred)
• 1+ years' Adobe experience beyond AEM include Adobe Analytics, Adobe Campaign, Customer Data Platform, Marketo, Adobe Experience Manager (DAM), Adobe Experience Manager Forms, Adobe Target, Adobe Workfront
• Experience working in a global, three-shift environment
Location Expectation: This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in office.
The expected salary range for this position is $91,400 - $130,000. This role may also be eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.
