Business Support Services helps with all your mail, printing, assembly, and physical records retention needs.
We are currently seeking a Warehouse/Distribution Coordinator to join the Warehouse team. This position will be fully in office at our Florence, KY location.

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities
- Performs a variety of fulfillment, records retention, and warehouse duties in accordance with established systems and procedures. Responsible for inventory control, receiving inventory and pulling/packing inventory for shipment.
- Assembles and prepares orders for shipment verifying accuracy.
- Loads and unloads materials within the warehouse and/or at delivery site.
- Utilizes hand trucks, forklifts, and other equipment to move material to and from trucks and within the warehouse. May operate Box Trucks to deliver materials within the warehouse delivery area.
- Operates industrial shredder for the disposal of confidential materials.
- Receives materials and verifies receipt is accurate and in accordance with packing slips.
- Updates and maintains company inventory management systems (i.e., Records Management System, Fulfillment Management database, etc.). Creates and distributes departmental reports upon management request.
- Performs tasks such as Imaging-scanning, mailing, data entry, supply ordering and word processing.
- Demonstrates working knowledge of the rules, regulations and procedures of the various mail and package systems/vendors throughout the nation.
- Interacts with customers to provide information in response to routine to moderately complex requests. Conveys information to customers maintaining a professional demeanor in all situations.
- Complies with appropriate company and/or regulatory guidelines.
- Demonstrates working knowledge of department operations, policies, and procedures, as well as the business and organization.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience: Generally, 1 to 3 years of experience. Certification for use of specific equipment may be required.
