Description
JOB DESCRIPTIONChubb is seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Product Development to lead the strategy and execution for delivering commercial property and casualty (P&C) products onto digital platforms within SLM. Reporting directly to the Division CUO, this critical leadership role will focus on driving product innovation and enhancing the agent experience while collaborating across multiple business functions and divisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for delivering Commercial P&C and Accident & Health products onto Chubb's digital platforms to achieve business goals. Engage external and internal users, conduct competitive benchmarking, and analyze internal and external data to assess market demand.
- Product Development: Collaborate with Product and Line of Business Managers to optimize Chubb's existing market-leading product suite for the SLM segment and lead the end-to-end development of new products, ensuring high quality, efficiency, and profitability.
- Product & Underwriting Modernization: Leverage expertise in insurance product design, underwriting, and technology to create innovative solutions tailored to small and lower midmarket businesses, including AI/ML-driven underwriting and scalable technology architecture.
- User Experience: Deliver an exceptional user experience by designing intuitive, efficient journeys for quoting, cross-selling, and servicing.
- Collaboration: Partner with key stakeholders, including Commercial Insurance Line of Business, Distribution, Analytics, Underwriting, and Portfolio Management to drive product success and ensure seamless execution.
- Performance Management: Monitor product performance, profitability, and market competitiveness, leveraging data analytics to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Technology Delivery: Work closely with cross-functional squads in an Agile environment to ensure products are effectively integrated into digital platforms, meeting the needs of agents and customers.
