JOB DESCRIPTIONAs a Quality Engineer at StreamLabs, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding the excellence and reliability that define our brand. In this multi-disciplinary and cross-functional position, you will collaborate closely with talented professionals and leaders from across the organization including engineering, operations, supply chain, sales, and customer experience teams. You'll be empowered to drive continuous improvement, solve complex challenges, and implement robust quality systems that impact every stage of our product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance processes and procedures
- Conduct inspections and tests on materials, products, and processes
- Analyze production and quality data to identify trends, defects, and areas for improvement
- Lead or participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving for quality issues
- Support corrective and preventive action (CAPA) activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, production, supply chain, etc.) to resolve quality concerns
- Prepare and maintain quality documentation (procedures, work instructions, reports)
- Assist with internal and external audits (ISO, customer, regulatory)
- Train staff on quality standards, inspection techniques, and best practices
- Monitor and report on key quality performance indicators (KPIs)
- Support supplier quality management and conduct supplier audits or inspections
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)
- Address customer complaints related to product or service quality
