- Lead end-to-end delivery of single strategic initiatives that advance the business unit's vision and strategy-owning scope, outcomes, timelines, dependencies, resourcing, and delivery quality from kick-off through launch and adoption.

- Own change and communications management for initiatives, including developing and running team communications (narratives, updates, town halls/newsletters/tooling), supporting adoption plans, and embedding changes into "business as usual."
- Measure outcomes and benefits realization post-delivery, validating results against OKRs, capturing lessons learned, and recommending follow-on actions to sustain and scale impact.
What you need to have:
- A Bachelor's degree
- A minimum of 4 years of experience delivering strategic, cross-functional initiatives (e.g., strategy execution, transformation, PMO, or internal consulting), with ownership from definition through implementation.
- Demonstrated ability to run end-to-end delivery: planning, governance, dependency management, risk/issue management, and executive-ready reporting.
- Strong track record operating effectively in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment, translating strategic goals into measurable outcomes.
What makes you stand out:
