Description
Location Designation: Hybrid - 3 days per weekRole Overview:
This role partners closely with Field Experience Value Stream (FXVS) stakeholders to evaluate, develop, and optimize programs and initiatives that support business objectives. The individual will apply advanced analytical skills to assess impact, identify trends, and deliver insights that inform strategic decision-making in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do:
• Partner with FXVS stakeholders across functions on new initiatives and assess the impact of programs and strategic efforts.
• Measure and monitor the effectiveness of strategic initiatives using key leading indicators (KLIs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Interpret complex business challenges, identify trends, and recommend best practices to support data-driven decision-making.
• Identify opportunities for strategic optimization and provide actionable recommendations to FXVS SMEs.
• Leverage data analytics tools to develop complex queries and translate data into clear, meaningful insights for stakeholders.
• Conduct cost-benefit analyses to evaluate initiatives and support prioritization and investment decisions.
• Communicate complex and, at times, sensitive information clearly and thoughtfully to foster alignment and consensus across teams.
• Continuously enhance reporting, forecasting, and analytical capabilities to improve business decision-making processes.
• Support special projects, initiatives, and other ad hoc activities as needed.
What You'll Bring:
• Bachelor's Degree in Math/Business/Computer Science or related field is preferred
• Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience
• Highly analytical with strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and quality.
• Proactive, intellectually curious self-starter who seeks to understand the "why" behind the data.
• Collaborative team player who works effectively across functions and builds trusted partnerships.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, with a high sense of urgency and comfort working under tight deadlines.
• Strong communicator who can present complex analyses clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences and tailor messaging to the intended audience.
• Detail-oriented while maintaining a strategic, big-picture perspective.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Highly organized and able to work independently, follow through on commitments, and see work through to completion.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced expertise in Excel.
• Working knowledge of SQL, Tableau or Power BI Tools
Pay Transparency
Salary Range: $119,000-$170,000
Overtime eligible: Exempt
Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes
Sales bonus eligible: No
Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
