Description
The Reinsurance Solutions Boston Executive Administrative Assistant will be responsible for supporting two executives in the Boston office. The primary duties are designed to make time, information, and decision-making more effective.Aon is in the business of better decisions

What the day will look like
- Preparing agendas and materials for office meetings and external stakeholder meetings
- Taking minutes and following up on Meeting action items
- Provide support in meeting planning, calendar management, and project coordination
- Handling expense reports and travel needs
- Supporting Office leader with budget tracking and reports
- Assist in planning company meetings and events
- Briefings/ messaging ahead of client and reinsurer meetings, panels, etc.
- Provide general office support

The Executive Assistant will act as an extension of the two Boston-based leaders, providing travel and scheduling support, but also driving initiatives to completion. The ideal candidate with be hard working, detail-oriented, a clear communicator and self-motivated to bring the insights, strategy and project management to help execute on tasks and objectives.

- Strong planning, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experienced in delivering high-level administrative support to executives, backed by strong technical and Microsoft Office expertise
- Attention to detail
- Able to independently manage tasks and meet deadlines, yet still contribute effectively within a team environment
Education: 5+ years equivalent proven experience

Pay Transparency Laws
The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $80,000 - $100,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.
The salary range reflected is based on a primary work location of Boston, Massachusetts. The actual salary may vary for applicants in a different geographic location.
This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon's annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
