Description
Location Designation: Hybrid - 3 days per weekRole Overview:
The Stable Value Analyst will provide analytical support to the Stable Value Investments team. This role is intended for candidates with limited professional experience but who are highly motivated and have demonstrated foundational skills in financial analysis, data management, or technology tools. It offers strong growth potential through hands-on exposure to the defined contribution marketplace and fixed income investment operations.
This position will require a mix of guided task execution and independent work on moderately complex assignments, under the direction of senior team members. Analysts in this role will begin to build subject matter knowledge and take initiative on defined tasks.
What You'll Do:
- Support monitoring and analysis of fixed income manager investment processes and performance
- Aid in the preparation of reports for internal stakeholders and audits
- Conduct data analysis and contribute to process improvements through automation (e.g., scripting, macros)
- Assist in tracking investment manager performance and maintaining internal monitoring tools
- Interpret basic contract language to identify key risk or compliance elements
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Capital Markets, Mathematics, or a related field
- 1+ years of internship or work experience in fixed income investment, economic, or data-related roles
- Basic programming or scripting experience (e.g., Excel VBA, Python, or R)
- Working knowledge of data tools (e.g., Excel, SQL); experience with automation is a plus
- Strong attention to detail, ability to follow procedures, and take ownership of assigned tasks
- Exposure to AI tools like ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar
- Familiarity with investment concepts, fixed income products, or retirement plans
- Interest in pursuing CFA designation or relevant professional certifications
Pay Transparency
Salary Range: $65,000-$85,000
Overtime eligible: Nonexempt
Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes
Sales bonus eligible: No
Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
