Description
JOB DESCRIPTION- Produce new business opportunities within the assigned underwriting territory (Schaumberg & Milwaukee)
- Evaluate, select, underwrite, price, quote and maintain new and renewal business.
- Develop and implement marketing plans with applicable commercial insurance managers,
- Achieve renewal retention of at least 90%
- Adhere to Chubb Commercial Insurance standards for underwriting, pricing and servicing.
- Work with other middle market teams on potential cross-sell and account round opportunities
- The individual will manage a new business pipeline. This includes:
- Prospecting and maintain prospecting pipeline at least 3x applicable new business goal
- Maintaining relationships with key trading partners
- Driver's license, preferred
