Job Description
The Senior Business Intelligence Developer will be responsible for developing custom business applications and automations that optimize and streamline workflows using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Fabric, and Python. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective low-code solutions that improve operational efficiency and drive better decision-making. Additionally, with the growing integration of Microsoft Fabric, you will leverage Fabric's unified analytics and data capabilities, such as OneLake, lakehouse, and warehouse architecture, to enrich applications with real-time, enterprise-wide data insights without the need for complex data movement or ETL processes.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Design, develop, and deploy custom applications using Power Apps tailored to meet specific business needs.
  
• 
  Automate business processes and workflows using Power Automate to enhance productivity and reduce manual tasks.
  
• 
  Build interactive dashboards and reports with Power BI to provide actionable business intelligence.
  
• 
  Integrate data from various sources including third-party systems for holistic data access.
  
• 
  Collaborate with business users and IT teams to analyze requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
  
• 
  Configure and manage connections between Power Platform environments and Microsoft Fabric to enable seamless data access and analytics.
  
• 
  Stay current on the latest Power Platform and Fabric features to continually enhance solution capabilities.
  
• 
  Maintain solution security, compliance, and performance, ensuring adherence to organizational policies.
  
• 
  Provide support, troubleshooting, and training to application developers and users.
  

Essential Skills and Qualifications

• 
  Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform components: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.
  
• 
  Experience with Microsoft Fabric concepts, including OneLake, lakehouses, warehouses, and the integration of Power Platform with Fabric for unified data management.
  
• 
  Familiarity with programming and scripting languages such as Python, SQL, and JSON for customization and extensibility.
  
• 
  Ability to build custom connectors and components, leveraging Azure services and REST APIs as needed.
  
• 
  Understanding of business process automation and workflow optimization.
  
• 
  Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams and translating business needs into technical solutions.
  
• 
  Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
