Description
We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Marsh as a Senior Associate Client Executive. This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office. The successful candidate will lead daily operations from a support and administrative level, coordinating complex logistics and task assignments for client relationship projects while ensuring effective communication and problem resolution.We will count on you to:
- Maintain and expand a large book of complex and priority accounts across various industries or specialties.
- Direct and implement sales and marketing strategies for managed accounts, leveraging deep market knowledge and internal product offerings.
- Monitor account issues, industry trends, and develop growth strategies to target new buyer hubs and expand the book of business.
- Provide technical advice and informed recommendations based on comprehensive account needs, risks, and collaboration with specialty colleagues.
- Develop and manage project plans for sales processes, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products and customized solutions.
- Preserve strong client relationships, address escalated issues, and maintain positive standing and credibility.
- Build and maintain senior-level professional networks by attending industry events and representing the Company as a thought leader.
- Proven experience managing complex, high-value client accounts, preferably in insurance or professional services.
- Strong strategic sales and marketing skills with the ability to develop and execute growth plans.
- Deep understanding of market trends, client needs, and product/service offerings.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills, especially with senior-level clients.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables with strong organizational skills.
- Demonstrated success in expanding and institutionalizing managed accounts.
- Expertise in customizing solutions while upholding business and compliance standards.
- Active participation in industry events and a strong professional network.
- Thought leadership and ability to represent the Company in external forums.
