What the day will look like
- Gathers and analyzes data on exposures, loss history and standard and unique coverage needs for international/global renewal strategy documents, submissions, and proposals.
- Identifies and analyzes client exposures and determines which markets to utilize, ensuring thorough evaluation of qualified companies in the marketplace.
- Compiles and analyzes data and drafts assigned elements of client service plans, stewardship reports and other presentations tailored to the needs of the audience and the circumstances of the presentation.
- Accountable for routine support activities to brokers and senior brokers with defined deadlines.
- May facilitate and/or participate in client/broker strategy meetings.
- May send requests for quotations to the insurance carriers with opportunities to negotiate programs.
- Monitors and follows-up on invoice generation, local policy issuance, and premium collection within defined deadlines.
- Manages client open items lists and responds to client ad-hoc requests and questions within ability/knowledge.
- Liaises with Aon network offices on global program coordination activities.
- Maintains effective and productive relationships internally and externally.
- Assists with the processing of policy and related documents.
- Provides support to the account management process, when appropriate
- Performing other related duties as assigned.

The primary function is to assist Brokers on assigned accounts, handling key processes that serve multinational clients and undertaking the client-facing and internal activities related to these processes within defined deadlines.
Skills and experience that will lead to success
- Thorough knowledge of Property and Casualty insurance marketplace including products and services
- Proficient in Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, both verbally and written
- Ability to work collaboratively as a key member of a team and independently with minimum supervision.
- Meticulous attention to detail, refined organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proven ability to prioritize competing requirements and deadlines under pressure.
- A passion for teamwork and enjoys supporting others.
- Comfortable learning new systems and having a proactive approach to problem solving.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree is required or equivalent experience.
- Must maintain an active Property and Casualty insurance license or be able to acquire one within the first 90 days of employment.

Your employment is contingent upon obtaining and maintaining the P&C license in the required states, as designated by Aon. You must successfully complete the required course work and pass the examinations within 120 days of your start date. You will be expected to pass the examination in no more than three attempts. If you do not pass after your third attempt, your employment with Aon will be terminated immediately. In addition, you will complete all required paperwork necessary in obtaining the license. Aon will be responsible for paying the costs associated with the coursework and examinations according to the Aon licensing policy, for up to three attempts. Failure to meet these requirements will result in the termination of your employment with the firm.
Pay Transparency Laws:
The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $65,000 to $75,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.
