Description
Location Designation: Hybrid - 3 days per weekRole Overview:
The Senior Administrative Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Department Head and his team, as well as assist with departmental engagement initiatives and other administrative duties as needed. T his role requires excellent organizational and communications skills, strong attention to detail, discretion in handling confidential information, well developed customer service acumen and the ability to multitask and meet demanding deadlines.
What You'll Do:
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, arrange video conferences, prepare meeting materials, and assist with the day-to-day operations
- Liaise within the department , across the organization, and with external partners, customers, and vendors
- Assist with travel arrangements and related expense reporting for the department
- Responsible for managing department orders and reconciling and submitting timely and accurate expense reports as the departmental P-card owner
- Assist with onboarding new employees to the Department
- Directs inquiries and follow ups with the appropriate parties to assure timely and thorough resolution
- Point of contact for general facility issues and handle other administrative duties and special projects as assigned
- Organize and coordinate events and all logistics for large group meetings
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of administrative experience supporting senior level executives in a corporate environment
- Previous experience in Financial Services is preferred
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the demonstrated ability to work with all levels within the organization, including the C-suite
- High attention to detail as well as discreet in handling confidential information
- Ability to multi-task and set priorities; flexibility in a fast-paced corporate environment
- Strong proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Zoom, and Concur
- A positive attitude and professional demeanor

Wealth Management provides retail investments and advisory services through about 6500 affiliated Registered Reps (RRs) and Investment Advisor Representatives (IARs) and more than $60B in assets under management (AUM). Our RRs and IARs provide comprehensive investment Advice and financial planning capabilities. Pay Transparency
Salary Range: $60,500-$86,000
Overtime eligible: Nonexempt
Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes
Sales bonus eligible: No
Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
