A day in the life.
As our Safety Intern on the Safety team, you'll provide support to Associate Safety Consultants and Safety Consultants in both the Duluth and Minneapolis offices. The Intern will support the Consultants with both in-office tasks and in the field. Our goal is to help our clients improve their overall risk management strategies. This position will be based out of our Duluth office.

We'd love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:
- Pursuing Bachelor's / Master's degree; ideally with a focus on Safety.
- Must be detailed with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to be flexible and pivot approach when working directly with various colleagues.
- Ability to effectively build and maintain positive working relationships with clients, management and peers.
- Proficiency in MS office applications required.
- Reliable transportation for travel to client sites, consisting primarily of day trips to outstate locations.
- Strong interpersonal skills and high sense of urgency.
These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Prior success and experience operating in a fast-paced environment.
