- Regional Sales Manager Southeast (Florida focus)
Description
We’re looking for a Regional Sales Manager – Southeast (Florida focus) to help expand our footprint with insurance carriers at Reliable Reports, Inc.
This role is best suited for someone who already understands:
How P&C carriers and underwriting teams operate
The expectations around inspection, risk, and turnaround timelines
How to grow business through relationships—not just transactions
This is not a cold-start territory.
You’ll build on existing carrier relationships while driving new growth across the Southeast.
What matters most:
Proven success selling into the Property & Casualty insurance market
Experience working with underwriters, carriers, MGAs, or surplus lines agents
Ability to expand accounts and open doors at the decision-maker level
Details:
Southeast territory (FL, GA, NC, SC, TN, VA, KY, AL)
Must reside in the Southeast (Florida preferred)
25–50% travel
Strong base + commission

Requirements
Required:
- 4+ years of business-to-business sales experience
- Demonstrated success closing new accounts and growing territory revenue
- Strong organizational, planning, and territory management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to travel within AL, FL, GA, KY, NC, SC, TN & VA
- Must reside within the Southeast (Florida preferred)
Preferred:
- 5+ years of experience selling into the Property & Casualty insurance market
- Experience working with underwriters, carriers, MGAs, or surplus lines agents
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Salesforce or CRM experience
- Proven record of year-over-year sales growth
