A day in the life.
As our Director Business Process and Technical Development on the Operations team, you'll lead efforts to equip colleagues with the skills and resources needed for efficient, accurate work while aligning with best practices. This role champions workflow solutions that balance efficiency, quality, and consistency, incorporating stakeholder input. With a region-wide focus, ensures consistent client service processes and adherence to quality and data standards. Additionally, this role is responsible for the design of training programs to develop client service teams' skills, support career growth, and drive exceptional results.

We'd love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:
- 10 years of business operations and/or leadership experience within the insurance or related industry
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Strong expertise in business process optimization, technology management, and compliance oversight
- Proven ability to manage complex operational projects
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and adapt to changing needs in a high production environment

The applicable base salary range for this role is $78,100 to $145,700.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
