Provider Maintenance Coordinator
PRIMARY PURPOSE : To maintain data related to provider reimbursements, physical locations, and billing locations in multiple system environments for participating providers and non-participating providers; and to ensure system integrity and accuracy.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES
- Enters provider agreements according to the identified reimbursement.
- Processes provider updates and address changes including additions and changes related to claims addresses.
- Requests required documentation from providers in and outside of the network.
- Coordinates and prepares provider data for printing provider directories.
- Assists with provider mailings.
- Performs other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Licensing
High School diploma or GED required.
Experience
Two (2) years data entry experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Experience in the healthcare field or worker's compensation field preferred.
Skills & Knowledge
- Knowledge of data entry and organization
- Strong customer service and telephone skills
- Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills
- PC literate, including Microsoft Office products
- Strongly detail oriented
- Analytical and interpretive skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently in a team environment
- Ability to take initiative and follow through
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies

As required by law, Sedgwick provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in jurisdictions requiring pay transparency in job postings. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and cost of specific location. For the jurisdiction noted in this job posting only, the range of starting pay for this role is ($20.00 - $24.00). A comprehensive benefits package is offered including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, 401k and matching, PTO, disability and life insurance, employee assistance, flexible spending or health savings account, and other additional voluntary benefits.
