Aon is looking for a Program Manager for our Construction & Infrastructure Team!

What the day will look like

• Assists Account Executives and/or Brokers on assigned accounts, handling key wrap-up processes that serve clients and undertaking the client-facing and internal activities related to these processes.
• Maintains effective and positive relationships with clients.
• Primary focus is on the management of wrap-ups from inception to closure.
• Serves independently in a client-facing capacity on matters of moderate importance and complexity. Might function as the Account Executive for assigned non-complex accounts.
• Facilitates the timely and accurate flow of information between clients, AE, and Broker account team members.
• Handle client open items lists and respond to client ad-hoc requests. Produces regular management reports on wrap-up status.
• Captures and analyzes data and drafts assigned elements of client service plans, stewardship reports and other convincing presentations tailored to the needs of the audience and the circumstances of the presentation.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

• Typically, at least three plus years of successful insurance experience, preferably with construction accounts/customers.
• Proficiency in PC office products such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook is required.
• Evidence of ability to become proficient in the use of Aon specific software tools.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience with Risk Management / Business related curriculum preferred
• Broker's license CIC, CPCU, or ARM preferred
• Must have an active P&C license or obtain one within 90 days of being employment

Pay Transparency Laws:
The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $100k-$125k annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.
