Description
We are seeking a talented individual to join our ProWriters team at Victor. This role will be based in Malvern, PA. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.As a Product Manager, you will lead critical initiatives for Digital IQ, ProWriters' proprietary insurance platform. This is a role ideal for a professional looking to take on greater ownership and responsibility. A high performer in this position will have a direct impact on business growth and help drive strategic priorities across the organization. This is a great opportunity for a strategic thinker who thrives in a hands-on, fast-moving environment and wants to help shape the future of digital wholesale insurance!
We will count on you to:
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for key features, API integrations, and platform improvements
- Serve as a primary point of contact for carrier integration partners and technical vendors
- Collaborate with developers to implement features and resolve bugs
- Develop detailed product requirements, user stories, and documentation for internal and external use
- Prioritize work and maintain clear visibility into timelines and dependencies
- Monitor product performance, user adoption, and operational impact
- 3+ years in a product management, product operations, or other similar business role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable with technology and working with data; Highly proficient in Excel
- Consulting, Banking, and/or insurance industry experience
- Experience with SQL and database tools
- Demonstrable track record in a product management or product operations role in a tech-enabled professional services environment
