About the Role:
As a Processing Support Consultant II, you'll be a key resource supporting internal teams, external partners, and business stakeholders. You'll serve as a knowledgeable specialist in processing support-helping ensure accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional service across policy services, rating, premium accounting, and operational support.

What You'll Do:
- Process and verify data in alignment with business requirements and established guidelines
- Prepare management and operational reports that support strong decision-making
- Assist the Team Leader on special initiatives and cross-department projects
- Support operational efficiency and process-improvement efforts
- Recommend enhancements that improve workflows and create cost-saving opportunities
- Meet deadlines while helping train and support less-experienced team members
- Coordinate filing schedules and assist with filing preparation activities
What You Bring:
- 2+ years of experience in the health industry (preferred, not required)
- Familiarity with SERFF is a plus, but not a must-we're happy to train
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Curiosity and willingness to learn regulatory and filing processes
- Proficiency in Excel and comfort working with data
- A collaborative spirit and a desire to contribute to a team-focused environment

Compensation
Compensation offered for this role is 52,800.00 - 80,475.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation.
