Description

A new property & casualty insurance company preparing for launch is seeking a detail-oriented Policy Issuance & Forms Specialist to support underwriting and operations during its formation phase and beyond.

This role will play a critical part in issuing policies, processing endorsements, and maintaining organized policy documentation while assisting with development and management of policy forms.

Requirements

• Issue new commercial insurance policies accurately and efficiently
• Process endorsements, cancellations, and reinstatements
• Ensure correct forms and endorsements attach to each policy
• Maintain organized and compliant policy files
• Perform quality control reviews prior to policy release
• Assist with organizing and maintaining the company’s forms library
• Track form versions and coordinate updates with underwriting and leadership
• Support implementation of forms into the policy administration system
• Communicate with underwriting to confirm limits, deductibles, and coverage intent
