Description
A new property & casualty insurance company preparing for launch is seeking a detail-oriented Policy Issuance & Forms Specialist to support underwriting and operations during its formation phase and beyond.
This role will play a critical part in issuing policies, processing endorsements, and maintaining organized policy documentation while assisting with development and management of policy forms.
Requirements
- Issue new commercial insurance policies accurately and efficiently
- Process endorsements, cancellations, and reinstatements
- Ensure correct forms and endorsements attach to each policy
- Maintain organized and compliant policy files
- Perform quality control reviews prior to policy release
- Assist with organizing and maintaining the company’s forms library
- Track form versions and coordinate updates with underwriting and leadership
- Support implementation of forms into the policy administration system
- Communicate with underwriting to confirm limits, deductibles, and coverage intent
