Description
Aon is hiring for an Operations Specialist II.This is a hybrid position, working out of our Alpharetta, GA office.

What the day will look like:
- Manage and process complex client/carrier fulfillment duties
- Facilitate communication and teamwork across departments to solve operational challenges efficiently
- Attends and participates in client and internal meetings
- Responsible for client escalations and audits; provides required research and supplies documents and/or data as requested
- Maintain department productivity standards and goals
- Ensure compliance with team standard operating procedures
- Liaison with other teams within Aon Affinity
- Coordinate document processes between entities, archival and retrieval
- Contribute to process optimization by identifying improvement opportunities and proposing actionable enhancements
- Generate, analyze, and share operational reports to support informed decision-making
- Embrace continuous learning by actively pursuing training and development opportunities
- Special/additional projects as requested
Skills and experience that will lead to success:
- 2-4 years of administrative general office experience
- Solid communication and organizational skills
- Demonstrated use of sound judgment skills with solid decision-making abilities
- Good interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
- Proven ability to prioritize work and complete tasks within service levels
- Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Strong PC Skills - Proficiency in Word, Excel, OneNote, Outlook, Teams
- Ability to apply basic math skills
Education:
- High School Diploma or GED

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $45,000 to $52,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.
