- Drive the institutional learning agenda across AI usage, including meta-prompting, custom GPT configuration, and workflow design patterns
- Ensure high-value patterns and repeatable approaches are translated into living exemplars, standards, and enablement materials
- Set guardrails for responsible AI usage while enabling innovation and experimentation with key stakeholder groups in Marsh and Oliver Wyman.
- Shape firm-wide AI priorities in partnership with Product Strategy, Product Delivery, and executive stakeholders
- Represent the AI Capability & Enablement function in leadership forums and cross-functional strategic discussions
- Build strong alliances with Product Strategy, Training & Communications, Client side AI internal teams, data and analytics, and other AI platform teams in industry and capability groups
- Ensure alignment between AI experimentation efforts and formal product roadmap priorities and denote dependencies and risks as applicable
- Maintain visibility on platform evolution while avoiding duplication of delivery responsibilities
- Represent Oliver Wyman externally on internal AI capability maturity
- Lead and mentor the AI Capability & Enablement team, driving high standards of execution and institutional impact
- Build a culture of end-user obsession, experimentation, and disciplined learning
- Champion collaboration across regions and teams to scale best practices

- Proven track record architecting and scaling operating models across complex, multi-stakeholder environments
- Demonstrated experience partnering with executive leadership and influencing strategic direction
- Hands-on experience experimenting with AI tools, including prompt engineering, custom GPT design, and workflow orchestration
- Experience in professional services or similarly complex matrix organizations preferred
- Enterprise systems thinker with strong operating model design capability
- Deep fluency in AI experimentation, meta-prompting, and scalable enablement patterns
- Executive-level communicator and strategic influencer with various stakeholder groups
- Strong people leader with demonstrated ability to mentor and scale teams
- End-user obsessed, with a disciplined approach to institutional learning
- Comfortable leading transformation and embedding new capabilities across the firm
