Description
We are hiring for an Office Admin Leader role that will lead the administrative operations across the US and Mexico City offices. This is a hybrid position requiring a minimum of three days per week in the office.We will count on you to:
- Assume the role of Office Admin for your designated office (25% of your time).
- Set the Admin strategy and goals for the US, overseeing Mexico City AA and Office Admin organizations (75% of your time).
- Ensure efficient business support services and compliance with corporate standards across the US organization.
- Serve as the first point of contact for senior business leaders regarding administrative needs.
- Drive continuous improvement efforts to enhance admin operations, including automation and process improvements.
- Conduct mid- and year-end performance reviews and provide coaching to Office Admin Managers.
- Manage performance issues and disciplinary processes to maintain productivity and quality.

Marsh McLennan is committed to hybrid work, which includes the flexibility of working remotely and the collaboration, connections and professional development benefits of working together in the office. All Marsh McLennan colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week. Office-based teams will identify at least one "anchor day" per week on which their full team will be together in person.
The applicable base salary range for this role is $69,000 to $138,000.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
