Description
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Construction team at Marsh. This role will be based in New York. Qualified candidates in other East Zone office locations will be considered. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.We will count on you to:
- Oversee the development, presentation and execution of renewal/placement strategies in conjunction with Placement, Advisory Leaders and Client Executives across all zones where product, industry or account criteria dictate.
- Oversee the production of all client deliverables and be responsible for maintaining quality in all area of client deliverables.
- Engage in independent senior-level client interaction and demonstrate expertise in problem solving, areas of coverage and client relationships.
- Act as a thought leader within and outside the Company and keeps abreast of changing risk and insurance market conditions.
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 20 years' of commercial P&C insurance coverage experience in a risk management or brokerage capacity specifically in commercial construction risk.
- Working knowledge of insurance coverages
- Master's degree or other advanced degree.
- CPCU, ARM or other insurance designations a plus.
- Excellent analytical, project management and problem-solving skills.

Marsh McLennan is committed to hybrid work, which includes the flexibility of working remotely and the collaboration, connections and professional development benefits of working together in the office. All Marsh McLennan colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week. Office-based teams will identify at least one "anchor day" per week on which their full team will be together in person.
The applicable base salary range for this role is $183,300 to $443,500.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
