The successful Client Service Associate is a member of the Private Capital Client Service team within MIM. The highly motivated professional will support, and help enhance, the client experience for MIM's Private Capital clients. This professional will lead both new client onboarding and client reporting and will assist with responding to day-to-day inquiries from our clients, such as questions on their portfolio or change management requests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce and deliver timely and accurate client reports for MIM's portfolios and funds
- Effectively answer ad-hoc and/or follow-up questions from clients, investors, and internal partners
- Lead the client onboarding, offboarding, and change management process
- Lead projects to achieve efficiencies and improve existing processes
Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:
Required:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail
- Demonstrated record of success in servicing institutional clients or funds
- Exceptional multi-tasking and time management skills
- Proficiency with all Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
- Capable of thriving in a fast paced, dynamic environment
Preferred:
- Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance
- Relevant experience in Financial Services or Investment Management industry
- Experience with Aladdin, Salesforce and Vermilion a plus

Location Expectation: This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in office.
The expected salary range for this position is $100,000 - $125,000. This role may also be eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation and stock-based long-term incentives. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.
